Dr. Kamer Biography
Dr. Russell Kamer is a board-certified internist with more than 30 years of clinical experience. He maintains an active primary care practice and serves as Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at New York Medical College. Dr. Kamer earned his medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons.
After serving as an NCAA Drug Testing Crew Chief and a Doping Control Medical Officer at the 1996 Olympic Games, he co-founded Partners in Safety, to bring his drug testing expertise to employers and transportation companies.
Certified in Cannabis Science and Medicine, his publications and presentations have focused on effects of marijuana, workplace impairment, and interpretation of drug test results.
